Rabia Chowdhry
President

Rabia Chowdhry is President of Red Teaming Associates. She has a M.A. in Public Administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School. At Maxwell she participated in a RAND Corporation project on post-conflict reconstruction.
Rabia worked as Vice President of Red Teaming Associates, and a foreign policy aid to the U.S. Senate where she researched and analyzed U.S. policy towards South Asia (specifically Pakistan and Afghanistan). Rabia also worked as a tax consultant at Ryan, Inc. where she drafted legal arguments for clients, including the Pennsylvania state auditor and Heinz corporation. She is a Research Associate at the Institute for Social Policy and Understanding and has appeared as an analyst on BBC Radio and Russia Today TV, and writen for The Diplomat. Rabia earned her B.S. in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Haider A. H. Mullick Senior Advisor

Haider Mullick​,PhD supports teaching projects for Red Teaming Associates. Dr. Mullick was an National Security Professor at the Naval War College, and a Senior Lecturer at the Naval Post Graduate School. Dr. Mullick is also a US Navy Reserve Officer with the Global Response Force of the Department of Defense.

Dr. Mullick is the founding editor in chief of the Fletcher Security Review, and his writings have appeared in New York Times, Foreign Affairs, Washington Quarterly, The American Interest, Yale Global, World Politics Review, New York Times, Washington Post, Newsweek, Georgetown Journal of International Affairs, Oxford Analytica and Jane's Policy Brief. Mullick has appeared on CNN, BBC, PBS, NPR, ITN, Al Jazeera, Radio Free Europe, & Voice of America.
